Our Academy
Nashama Al-Mustaqbal Sports Academy (English: Chivalries of The Future Sports Academy (CFSA)) embarked on its journey in 2016 as a football academy with a vision to foster, nurture, and cultivate the nation’s upcoming generation of football stars, athletes, and sports role models and equip them for success in life and on the football pitch.
In 2017, Nashama Al-Mustaqbal Sports Academy evolved into a professional and modern football club known as Nashama Al-Mustaqbal FC that delivers best-in-class football training for Jordanian boys and girls aged between 4-18 years old and provides wider opportunities for talented young footballers across Jordan to achieve their maximum potential in organized and competitive matches within Jordan’s U-17 youth league competitions. At Nashama Al-Mustaqbal Sports Academy, we seek to elevate youth football to unprecedented professional levels.

An accomplished professional with a diverse career trajectory and a solid foundation in the logistics and transport industry, possessing a wide range of skills, including negotiation, financial management, and customer relations. Throughout his pivotal role as the Vice President of Nashama Al-Mustaqbal Sports Club and Academy, he laid a strong groundwork for the institution's future endeavors, propelling its growth and success to new heights.
Hussam Arabiyat
Vice President
An accomplished professional with a diverse career trajectory and a solid foundation in the logistics and transport industry, possessing a wide range of skills, including negotiation, financial management, and customer relations.

Yahia Abu Radwan
Administrative Secretary
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Shari'a and Islamic Studies from the University of Jordan. With a remarkable career in the field of Islamic affairs and endowment management as the Director of the General Supplies department at the Ministry of Awqaf And Islamic Affairs/Amman Second Directorate, and as a Head of the Endowment Properties Department.
Additionally, he played a pivotal role as the Head of the Endowment Properties Department, contributing to the preservation and growth of endowment assets.
Mohammed Awadallah
Financial Director
Holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Al-Ahliyya Amman University. With a rich history in financial management and strategic leadership as a Chief Accountant at various esteemed organizations like Rum Group, Jordan Capital & Investment Fund Management, Rum International Hotels, and Petra Siq Import and Export.
Rami AlShaikh
Public Relations Officer
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Jordan. With extensive experience as a sports developer and consultant, Physical Education (PE) teacher, and a former player for Al-Ahly Sports Club in Jordan. Collaborated with major international sports development and educational organizations in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Jordan.
Nevin Hisham Al-Bayed
Administrative/Coordinator
Holds a Master's in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Al-Yarmouk University. With a multifaceted professional background, encompassing roles as a Lecturer at both the Future Medical Programs Company and Al-Yarmouk University, in addition to serving as a Public Relations Director at the Manchester Sports Academy.
Muhammad Adam
Director of Coaching
Holds an IAAF Coaching Diploma and the Chief Coach Certificate from the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), along with AFC Fitness Coaching Certificates. Held various important roles throughout his career, including Head Coach of the Jordan National and Olympic Athletics Team, Head Coach of the IAAF, Head of Talent Scouting for the Jordan Athletics Federation, Member of the Board of Coaching for the Asian Athletics Association, and Head of Coaching for the Special Olympics, Jordan.
Mohammed Arabiyat
Head Coach
Acquired a Bachelor of Accountancy from Al-Balqa’ Applied University and holds numerous coaching certificates and qualifications from The Asian Football Confederation (AFC). With a long history in football coaching at various schools and academies, including Nashama Al-Mustaqbal, Khalda Modern School, Modern English School, and Al-Faisaly Sports Academy, and also played for Shabab Al-Ordon and Greater Amman Metropolitan Club.
Abdallah Lalo
Health Coordinator
Hold a Bachelor's in Sports Rehabilitation from The Hashemite University along with various certificates and a rich history as a Sports Physiotherapist for various prominent clubs and teams.
Mohammad Abdullah
Team Administrator
Holds an AFC Coaching Certificate at Level C from the Asian Football Confederation, a High School Diploma, and a rich background in sports as a former player at Al-Asalah SC.
